How You’ll Use Your Skills
In this role, you won't just be doing admin—you’ll be the backbone of our student support system within our Registered Training Organisation arm and a champion for the profession.
You will:
Leverage your Accuracy: Maintain high-level student records, enrollments and completions with the same attention to detail you used for patient records.
Coordinate Projects: Help manage multiple DAPA projects that shape the dental world.
Be a Brand Ambassador: Share your passion for dental assisting at career expos and industry events.
Support Academic Journeys: Use your empathy and communication skills to handle phone inquiries and guide students through their education.
Support our Educators: Assist in the coordination of our amazing team of educators to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Prepare for education classes: set up materials and equipment for class sessions and support trainers with administrative details
Assist the CEO and RTO managers: prepare documents and data for DAPA Board meetings
Promote membership of the Association, direct or assist with inquiries and maintain member register
Promote DAPA Values: Be a proud advocate for the objectives and values of our association.
What We’re Looking For:
Industry Experience: You must have a solid background in dental assisting.
Training and education experience: Past experience with Ready Student/Job Ready SMS would be highly valued. Cert III qualification or previous training and assessment experience an advantage.
Communication Style: High-level empathy and proficiency in clear and accurate English communication, both written and oral, is an essential requirement
Reliability: A proactive professional looking for a stable part-time role (3 days per week).
Location: You should live within an easy traveling distance to Stanmore.
